Guy Bradley, owner of Greensboro’s staple burger joint, Big Burger Spot on Battleground Avenue opened a second location this past week off of Guilford College Road in Greensboro, North Carolina! Our PIP Triad Sales and Production team worked close with Guy on this exciting project providing interior and exterior signage, menus, and marketing services for the new restaurant. A large sign adorns the storefront above the awning while the same bright colors pop out from the window clings at each entrance. The fluorescent orange and green continues inside above the new menu boards, on restroom doors… you get the idea!

What was it like working with PIP?

What was one thing that PIP did that you didn’t know they could do?
“Little things that turned out to be HUGE. The proofing process was great! The way the proofs were provided, I had a chance to use them in both of my locations as well. The proof reading team caught errors that had been previously overlooked. It was amazing.”

This new location opened its doors at 1:00 Saturday afternoon, May 24th! It’s temporary hours are 11am – 3pm daily. Starting June 7th they will be open from 11am – 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am – 10pm on Friday and Saturdays. Their original location is still open at 3750A Battleground Avenue. Stop by and enjoy the “BEST Burger in Greensboro!”

For the past several years PIP Signs Banners and Posters has worked closely with the event organizers of the Alamance County Relay For Life! This is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Organizers from around the country work all year to host a 24-hour walk-a-thon to raise money for cancer research!
Each year PIP Triad team members work with event organizers to create banners and signage to match the current year’s theme. This year’s theme was Don’t Stop Believing and was themed with 80’s colors and decor!
This year’s event, due to heavy rains on Thursday, had to be moved from Burlington City Park and held at Holly Hill Mall off Huffman Mill Road in Burlington instead. Even with a change of venue, the event was a success and raise more than $160,000!
PIP Printing and Marketing Services Of The Triad will officially start back with their educational series with their first Breakfast and Learn on June 4th, 2014. Marketing director Jessica Byerly will be presenting Socialnomics 2014 – The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Byerly will focus on the changes happening in social media, what has changed, and what is to come.
