Ensuring every customer file is optimized for the highest quality printing, Steven has worked in PIP’s Graphics & Prepress department for almost two years. With 5 years prior experience as a designer for a local newspaper and some knowledge of PIP Printing & Marketing through Alamance Community College’s design program, Steven jumped at PIP’s design opportunity when a former classmate left the position.
To this day, our designer is most impressed by our, “diverse range of services and design work, as well as a clean work environment (especially for a printer!) I think high quality work in all departments sets us apart in an industry full of mediocrity. Anybody can design or print, but not many can do it well”.
Residing in Burlington his entire life, Steven enjoys time spent with his two and a half year old son, Jaden, playing music, gardening, winemaking, and painting. Currently, he hopes to learn more about web design & application development.
Penn Corbett decided to join PIP Printing & Marketing’s team after speaking with a PIP sales rep while enrolled in ACC’s graphics program. Over the past 18 years has juggled everything from sales, production management, stock inventory… all the while responding to everyone’s “technical issues”.
As our Director of Business Services, Penn currently handles human resources, payroll, purchasing, our Point of Sale software PrintSmith, monitoring production productivity, and of course, still our IT handyman!
